Ichiban Boshi @ Pavilion

UNIQLO, the first outlet open in Malaysia. Frankly, I don't know what is that until watched it in the TV news. Due to the opening, UNIQLO had lucky draw (Tokyo Trip) and promotion from 4th - 7th November. Many fans queued and overred night in front the shop one day before the opening.

I went to UNIQLO on last Sunday about 6pm. Luckily there is not many people queuing compare to the first opening day. According to my cousin, there is no way to enter on first day and her friend's mom gave up after queued for 3 hours.

Well, I had spent about RM240 after 1 hour squeezing in the UNIQLO. I did not try the clothes and jeans I bought because too many people along the way to fitting room. Don't worry, all items can be exchanged within 30 days. (*terms and conditions applied)

Oh, dear! We have to think what to eat now. Walked around the food court at the lower ground of Pavilion. End up, we decided to have our dinner at Ichiban Boshi.

Buckwheat is a fruit and is totally unrelated to wheat!

I thought the Soba is produced from wheat :p.

Buckwheat

We ordered Salmon Sashimi, Ham Rolled Sushi, Egg Mayo Tofu and Soba & Katsudon Gozen (a combination set of rice and noodle). We always mention DIET, DIET and DIET but forget when we were hungry.

HotCha (green tea) in a nice cup. I like the cup and wanted to bring it home :p

Some appetizers - Salmon Sashimi. It's RM6 per plate. I found out some fish bone when the waiter served the second plate of order. He keen to change the second plate of Salmon Sashimi to us. Thumbs up and Add points!

Of course, it's fresh. You can see the lines of Salmon are very distinct. Dip some soy sauce and Wasabi (Japanese Mustard). Aarrr........arm! Put whole piece of Salmon into my mouth. Nice!

How do you eat Sashimi? Squeeze some lemon juice on top of it? Dear, you spoiled the freshness of Salmon if you did. And I will laugh at you because you are like old granny use lemon juice to sterilize raw food.

Egg Mayo Tofu. It's RM4 per plate. It may not special to you but it's delicious to me. As long as the meal is cook with egg, it's delicious.

Ham Rolled Sushi. It's RM4 per plate. Frankly, it's not really nice as what I think. The Ham is not really suitable used in Sushi.

Katsudon Gozen - Cold Buckwheat noodles (Soba), chicken cutlet rice bowl, appetizer & fruit. It's RM20.90 per set.

Top (from right to left) is special soy sauce for Soba, chopped green onion, mashed potatoes and chicken cutlet rice. Bottom (from right to left) is Soba and watermelon slices.

Pour the chopped green onion into the soy sauce bowl. Then, clip some Soba and swim it in the soy sauce bowl before you eat. Friends, you must try it! The Soba is very nice.

I like to eat mashed potatoes.

We shared the chicken cutlet rice. This is the remaining half bowl to me :). The rice is covered by sweet soy sauce and fried onion. On top of it is fried chicken slice.

How's the taste? Yummy! Sweet soy sauce and fried onion are the best part of this chicken cutlet rice.

My sweet cousin - Erin Foo.

Before we took our car at the car park, we met them - YES Robot men. They looked like the Star War robot in diapers :p.
