Hong Kee at China Town, Kuala Lumpur. I don't know whether it's famous with clay pot chicken rice and grilled fish or not. I just know I want to try it every times I passed by this food stall.
Can you see the man is busy with all the clay pots? The clay pot chicken rice is cooked with the charcoal. It's not easy to control the fire as you cook with the rice cooker.
So, he always need to remove the clay pot cover to make sure the rice is not over cooked. When the rice almost cooked, he will inserts some chicken pieces and pours special soy sauce on top.
Portuguese seafood grilled. The seafood in special sauce is packed with foil and grilled with charcoal.
We ordered a large Clay pot Chicken Rice, it costs RM20 and just nice used by three persons. It's very delicious!
Bean Sprouts - RM10. The bean sprouts is boiled, drained and poured some oyster sauce and fried onion on top.
